Effective Date: September 3, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Fiamma Sun Valley (“Fiamma,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit fiammasunvalley.com (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Fiamma is a restaurant located in Ketchum, Idaho. We built this Site to be simple: we do not sell products online, we do not process payments on the Site, and we do not directly collect reservation details — those are handled by our reservations partner, Tock, described below.
The only personal information we intentionally collect through the Site is the email address you provide if you choose to sign up for our newsletter. We do not require an account to browse the Site, and we do not ask for payment information, passwords, or other sensitive personal data.
Like most websites, the Site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it — for example, which pages are popular, how people found the Site, and general location and device information (such as browser type, approximate location derived from IP address, and pages visited). This information is collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies and is used in aggregate; we do not use it to identify you personally.
Reservations are made through Tock, a third-party reservations platform, not through this Site directly. When you book a table, any personal information you provide (such as your name, phone number, email, or payment details for deposits) is collected and stored by Tock under its own privacy policy, not by Fiamma. We encourage you to review Tock’s Privacy Policy directly.
Google Analytics uses cookies — small text files stored on your device — to collect the usage information described above. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics tracking across all websites by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Disabling cookies may affect how some parts of the Site function.
We use a limited number of third-party services to operate the Site, each of which has its own privacy practices:
We recommend reviewing each provider’s own privacy policy for details on how they handle information.
We retain email addresses collected through the newsletter for as long as you remain subscribed, or until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics’ standard retention settings.
The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will remove it.
We take reasonable measures to protect the limited information we collect, but no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
