Brady is a certified sommelier and hospitality professional with 15 years of experience in fine and casual dining management for restaurants and prestigious private clubs.

Throughout his career, he has successfully overseen food and beverage operations, including restaurants, wine programs, and banquets. Notable roles include Wine Director at the Dallas Country Club, The Valley Club in Sun Valley, and most recently, The Fort Worth Club.

Brady excels at building programs and is passionate about creating memorable experiences through exceptional food and wine.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Abigail, their 3-year-old daughter and 2-year-old son. He also enjoys traveling, snowboarding and exploring the Sawtooth National Recreation Area (SNRA) with his family.
