Michelle LeMarr is a hospitality and wine professional with more than a decade of experience creating memorable dining experiences and building exceptional beverage programs. Her career has taken her through some of the country’s most respected hospitality environments, including Sun Valley Resort, Lon’s at the Hermosa, Ozumo Restaurant Group, and Wattle Creek Winery.

With a background spanning restaurant management, wine direction, beverage operations, and wine sales, Michelle brings a deep appreciation for both the guest experience and the craft behind it. She has developed wine and beverage programs, led and mentored hospitality teams, hosted wine dinners and educational events, and built strong relationships with guests, producers, and industry partners.

Michelle holds WSET Level Two and Court of Master Sommeliers Level One certifications. Her approach to hospitality is rooted in genuine connection, thoughtful service, and a passion for bringing great food, wine, and people together.
